ATTACK FROM BELOW — LAGUNA Limited Edition

Half in the water, half out, the way most of the best moments on the Laguna Madre actually happen. This speckled trout hangs at the surface for a breath before release, one eye above the waterline, the bay's green-gold water folding light across its cheek. On this coast a trout takes from underneath, and the frame is the half-second before it commits.
